When it comes to helping users lose weight, the tools offered across MedHelp’s mobile and online platforms prove to be successful. Users who lost weight using the weight and food tracking tools lost an average of nine pounds in three months, according to MedHelp’s analysis of data from the online and mobile tools.

By providing users with an easy way to track their eating and exercise habits and monitor their weight-loss trends, users are able to make the right choices in real-time to reach their health goals.
The My Diet Diary iPhone app features a UPC barcode scanner, allowing users to scan the barcodes of their foods for quick and easy nutritional information tracking.
In addition, the iPhone app and Diet Diary Chrome app seamlessly integrate with each other and with MedHelp’s online weight, water, food and exercise trackers, giving users the ability to sync their data to MedHelp’s website. By using the iPhone and Chrome apps in conjunction with one of MedHelp’s condition-specific trackers, users can compare their diet, nutrition and weight data to other health conditions they may be managing, such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure.
